Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Specialist to support our sales pipeline and help our team stay organized, responsive, and ready for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming emails and requests.
• Prepare materials and clients for product demos.
• Conduct outreach to target companies and communicate with potential clients.
• Assist with follow-ups and basic sales operations.
• Maintain clean CRM records and support the sales workflow.
 

Requirements:

  • Excellent English — written & spoken.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot).
  • Previous sales experience targeting the US market.
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.


What this role is not:
• This is not a direct sales or closing position at the beginning.
• No hard selling required a focus is on organization, communication, and pre-sales support.

Schedule:
• 15:00–00:00 (Kyiv time) to align with US market hours.
