System Admin and telecommunications support

Hello,

I am looking for a Linux system administrator, with very good knowledge of telecommunication system to serve as 2nd and 3rd line support.
Experience with Asterisk, FreeSwitch and alike is welcomed. Familiar with telecommunication APIs such as Twilio, Sinch and alike.

Familiar with softphone and hard phones, able to help customers and resolve issues.

Familiar with DevOps, Docker, AWS , scripting and more.

REQUIRED: very good communications skills.
REQUIRED: very good English, speaking and writing. Accent is not a problem.
REQUIRED: Remote work etiquette (understanding how to work remote correctly).
REQUIRED: Availability to work US Eastern time (at least until 3 PM Eastern).
