QA MANAGER (iGaming Product)

We are an international iGaming product within a large global holding (2,500+ employees worldwide) — essentially a startup inside a big ecosystem.
Our team means high pace, minimal bureaucracy, plenty of freedom, and full responsibility for results. We build processes from scratch, make fast decisions, and aren’t afraid to influence the product.

We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a QA Manager who will build QA processes, form the team, and ensure the stability of all features and releases.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building QA processes (planning, prioritization, standards, automation);
• Creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports);
• Testing key product areas (registration, bonuses, transactions, games, back office);
• Working with releases (regression, smoke, sanity testing);
• Ensuring quality of integrations (PSP, aggregators, CRM, anti-fraud services);
• Setting up and implementing automation tools (TestRail, Jira, Postman, Jenkins);
• Collaborating closely with product, development, and operations teams.

What we expect from you:

• 1–2+ years of experience in QA;
• Experience working with web and mobile iGaming products;
• Understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, and modern testing approaches;
• Strong knowledge of manual/automation, API testing, regression, and UAT;
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools;
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a result-oriented mindset;
• English level — B2+.
