Requirements for the candidate:

  • 1+ years of experience as SDR
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, conference applications
  • Ability to independently research and implement tools for cold outreach and email marketing
  • Analytical skills to identify best approaches for client attraction
  • Understanding of sales funnel and lead progression stages
  • Knowledge of lead generation methods across various channels
  • Creative approach to developing personalized messaging for individual clients and segments
  • Knowledge of fintech specifics will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills (primarily written), English B1+ level
  •  

Main responsibilities:

  • Client and Partner Acquisition: Schedule meetings with potential clients and partners at conferences through cold outreach (LinkedIn, conference apps, thematic chats)
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential of partners and clients, identify needs for our services
  • CRM Management: Enter data about meetings, clients, and maintain information accuracy
  • Content Marketing: Daily posts about company services in thematic chats and social networks to generate leads
  • Database Processing: Work with registries to offer services to clients based on specific triggers (legislative changes, new offerings)
  • Communication Development: Create, test, and refine messaging for different client segments
  • Channel Discovery: Take initiative in identifying and implementing new channels for attracting partners and leads
  • Personal Brand Development: Maintain active LinkedIn presence (posts, likes, comments)
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track sales funnel and conversion metrics
