Vivid is the “Salesforce of 3D production”, powering scalable 3D and AI workflows across ecommerce, enterprise, retail, gamedev, and robotics.
We are growing and looking for a hybrid Head of Growth (GTM + Sales) to build and run our outbound engine, support inbound, refine messaging, and help close deals.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a senior, hands-on GTM operator with strong B2B SaaS/IT consulting experience who can own growth end-to-end. This role blends GTM strategy, sales execution (AE), outbound orchestration, and light marketing leadership.
You will work directly with leadership to:
- Manage SDR agency efforts
- Build messaging for different verticals
- Improve website and conversion funnels
- Run sales calls and close deals
- Guide content creation
- Drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth
This role is highly autonomous and ideal for someone who has helped early-stage technology companies build their first scalable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
GTM & Strategy
- Develop and execute Vivid’s outbound and inbound growth strategy
- Define and refine ICPs across multiple industries (e-commerce, manufacturing, AI/CV, robotics)
- Own the pipeline health, reporting, and forecasting
Outbound Ownership
- Manage and oversee the SDR agency (or in-house SDRs in the future)
- Create and optimize outreach sequences
- Improve targeting, positioning, and lead quality
- Analyze data and improve conversion metrics
Sales / AE Responsibilities
- Take qualified meetings booked by SDRs
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Marketing & Messaging
- Develop clear value propositions for each vertical
- Create or guide content such as landing pages, case studies, email templates, and sales materials
- Coordinate with technical content creators
- Improve website messaging and user flow
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with founders on GTM priorities
- Provide feedback to product on customer needs
- Help build the foundation for a scalable revenue team
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS, IT consulting, software services, or enterprise tech experience
- Proven success selling or marketing technical products (for example: software, APIs, developer tools, platform solutions, AI/ML, data products, cloud tools, services, applications)
- Experience with outbound-led growth (SDRs, email, LinkedIn)
- Strong-to-Fluent English communication skills (written + spoken)
- Ability to write clear messaging, concise content, and strong sales emails
- Experience running demos, negotiating, and closing deals
- Hands-on operator mindset — not afraid to execute
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Ability to work across time zones
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling to US-based customers
- Background in AI, 3D, AR/VR, visualization, product content, or synthetic data (a plus, not a requirement)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Webflow
- Experience with early-stage startups or 0→1 GTM building
- Ability to create simple landing pages, presentations, case studies or work with designers
Not a Fit
To avoid wasting time:
- Experience limited to B2C sales (e.g., cars, retail, real estate)
- Generic “sales managers” without tech background
- Candidates without SaaS/IT experience
- Corporate leaders who avoid hands-on work
- SDRs who’ve never owned strategy or closing
We need a B2B tech operator, not a traditional salesperson.
