We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product testing, bug reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our platform.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive product testing (functional, regression, usability, exploratory) across web and mobile environments.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, ensuring clear reproduction steps and proper prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of test cases, checklists, and testing documentation.
• Validate new features, improvements, and fixes before release to ensure seamless user experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes, workflows, and testing coverage.
• Monitor user behavior insights and conversion metrics; provide feedback to improve product experience.
   

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even subtle issues.
• Experience in product testing for web-based platforms.
• Practical experience with Jira and bug-tracking workflows.
• Initiative and a proactive approach in identifying risks and suggesting improvements.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
