DeFi Solutions Developer

Intela Lab is expanding the blockchain engineering team for one of our partner products in the US market — a DeFi security and analytics platform.
We are opening two positions for DeFi Solutions Developers at different seniority levels (Junior/Middle and Senior).

About the Project

A high-growth product in the DeFi security / blockchain analytics domain.
The team builds tools for detecting fraud, monitoring transactions, analyzing smart contracts, and processing on-chain data.

Tech stack: Solidity, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Web3, AWS, SQL, Hardhat/Foundry, multiple L1/L2 networks.

Responsibilities (depending on seniority)

• Develop frontend/back-end components for blockchain data analysis.
• Build dashboards, data pipelines, and monitoring automations.
• Work with smart contracts (reading, analyzing; for Senior — designing & developing).
• Integrate with blockchain networks, RPC/Web3 APIs, and DeFi protocols.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to product evolution.
• (Senior) Lead protocol design, mechanism design, and smart contract audits.

• (Senior) Build off-chain services: bots, indexers, oracles.

   

Requirements

For Junior/Middle

• ~2+ years of Web3 development experience.
• Understanding of ERC-20/SPL tokens, AMMs, common exploits.
• Experience with RPC/Web3 APIs.
• Full-stack JS/Python is a plus.

• Ability to read Solidity is a plus.

   

For Senior

• 4–7+ years of development experience; 3+ years in blockchain/DeFi.
• Expert Solidity & deep understanding of the EVM.
• Strong background in DeFi protocols (AMMs, lending, LP, oracles, etc.).
• Experience launching production smart contracts.
• Node.js/Python/Go for backend services.

• Strong knowledge of DeFi security practices.
