Project-manager (B2B Sales) to $1200
VirtuWise is a B2B agency that helps tech companies scale their sales through a systematic approach to lead generation, outbound strategies, and professional work with LinkedIn, CRM, and industry conferences.
We partner with game development studios, SaaS companies, Web3 projects, digital agencies, and funded startups that want to focus on growth.
We are now looking for a Project Manager who combines the functions of an account manager and an operations coordinator.
Your role is to be the central hub of project operations—from English-speaking client communication to managing the internal team (lead gen, research, content, analytics).
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in English: regular updates, reports, calls
- Set tasks and monitor their execution for the internal team (Jira / Asana / CRM)
- Organize workflows: syncs, deadlines, quality control
- Prepare project reports and perform basic KPI analysis
- Help develop and optimize internal processes together with the team lead
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have 1+ year of project management experience (B2B sales experience is required)
- Speak and write English fluently — B2+/C1
- Can structure information, prioritize, and stay focused
- Are self-organized, autonomous, and proactive
- Have experience working with clients, teams, task trackers, and basic CRM (a plus)
