Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in digital media sales, performance marketing, or strategic partnerships, preferably with international exposure.
- Expertise in leading advertising platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to close significant commercial deals, including multi-million-dollar agreements, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with affiliates, agencies, direct advertisers, and major brands worldwide.
- Skilled negotiator, capable of engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Leadership experience: mentoring, managing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, financial literacy, and ability to interpret market trends to inform strategy.
- Flexible to travel for business development, client meetings, and industry events.
- Understanding of industry compliance standards and advertising regulations.
