About the Role:
Join a purpose-driven team redefining how Muslims experience finance.
As our Senior Engineering Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the core infrastructure behind a Sharia-compliant digital banking platform — from backend APIs to mobile apps to secure cloud infrastructure.
 

What You’ll Do:

• · Develop our banking backend, including ledger integrations, KYC, and payments.
• · Build React and Flutter mobile apps connected to backend microservices.
• · Manage DevOps pipelines, cloud security, encryption (HSM), and PCI-DSS standards.
• · Work closely with the CTO and Finance team to ship reliable, compliant financial products.
   

Tech Stack:

• · Backend: Java/Kotlin, Go, Python
• · Frontend: React, Flutter
• · Infra: PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
   

You Bring:

• · 5+ years of engineering experience in fintech, payments, or neobanking.
• · Full-stack ability (backend + mobile or backend + DevOps).
• · Strong awareness of security, scalability, and performance.
• · A passion for using tech to create Halal and transparent financial solutions.
