At J-Vers, we're looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to be a strategic partner to the business. Your primary role is not just to hire, but to build a team of strong players who align with our culture and will help us achieve business goals🌟
 

What we expect:

  • In-depth business immersion: You don’t just work on “tasks” – you understand how our product, teams, processes, and market operate;
  • Working as a business partner: You’ll collaborate with founders and teams – asking the right questions, clarifying tasks, and helping focus on the ideal candidate profile;
  • Ability to assess the “right fit”: Not only can you source candidates, but you can also help create the perfect candidate profile in collaboration with hiring managers;
  • Deep expertise in Non-Technical recruitment, especially in Sales and Affiliate areas;
  • Working with A-players: You know where to find top candidates, how to engage them, and how to convince them to join;
  • Strategy & analysis: You will evaluate what's been done so far, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and propose effective strategies;
  • High responsibility and autonomy: You don’t wait for instructions – you initiate improvements to processes;
  • Experience with deep interviews and competency assessments, especially soft skills;
  • Trust, partnership, and culture: You understand the importance of values and cultural fit as much as experience;
  • English proficiency: Intermediate+ or higher.
     

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on Non-Technical roles (Sales, Business Development, Account/Affiliate Management).
  • Experience in fast-growing companies or startups, where pace, adaptability, and independence are critically important.
  • Experience developing hiring strategies: from selecting sourcing channels to process optimization and working with analytics.
  • Successfully filled Middle and Senior roles in Sales / Affiliate / Marketing;
  • Worked as a partner to hiring managers – influencing decisions, building trust, and assisting in refining requests;
  • Experience in conducting deep interviews based on competency-based interview techniques such as STAR/PARLA;
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics: funnel, conversions, channel effectiveness, time-to-hire;
  • Practical experience with ATS (Teamtailor or similar) and other automation tools;
  • English: Intermediate+ or higher for working with international candidates.
