Junior Web Designer (Webflow)
TJHelpers continues to grow creative talent through mentorship, real project experience, and structured development within our “Helpers as a Service” model.
We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer with a strong interest in modern web design and hands-on skills in Webflow. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow quickly through real client work, expert guidance, and practical challenges in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Create responsive, visually engaging landing pages and websites using Webflow.
- Design UI components, layouts, and interactions that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketers, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Prepare design assets (icons, illustrations, banners, imagery) for web use.
- Assist in improving existing websites: layout refinements, animations, visual consistency, SEO-friendly structure.
- Support A/B testing experiments and landing page optimization.
Participate in design reviews, follow feedback, and grow through mentorship.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Webflow: layouts, collections (CMS), animations, components.
- Understanding of modern web/UI principles: spacing, typography, colors, grids.
- Skills in Figma or similar tools for UI/UX design.
- Ability to translate design concepts into clean Webflow pages.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work with feedback.
Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating simple animations (Lottie, Webflow interactions).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- Skills in basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Understanding of UX flows and wireframing.
Portfolio with completed Webflow or Figma projects (even study/pet projects).
