Your Role
As a hands-on DevOps Engineer, you’ll architect and operate cloud-native Azure platforms using modern IaC, CI/CD, and observability practices. Your work will directly enable secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Engineer end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Manage application environments, ensuring consistency across QA, UAT, and PROD.
• Integrate and maintain supporting services such as Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, including networks, access controls, and security configurations.
• Develop internal tools and automation scripts to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevOps best practices, influence architecture decisions, and ensure system resilience and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to outages, and continuously enhance monitoring and alerting systems.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code, responsible automation, and reproducible environments to support scalable, AI-powered workflows and enterprise-grade applications.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus), including resource provisioning, networking, and security.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps and release strategies for cloud-native applications.
• Strong experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and tooling.
• Hands-on experience in Terraform (2+ years), with experience in automating infrastructure and managing environments.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for performance and diagnostics.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), and orchestration tools (Helm is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams, influence architecture, and embed DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, RBAC, and cloud security posture management.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400 are a strong plus.
• Advanced Scripting: Experience writing complex Python or Terraform scripts.
• AI Tooling: Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance development, documentation, automation, or research workflows.
• Domain Experience: Understanding of financial services and prior DevOps experience in regulated or trading environments.
