NextJS (React) Developer

Now, we’re looking for a React/Next Developer ⭐️ who will help us build modern, high-quality web applications and contribute to the growth of our engineering team. 

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

• 2+ years of commercial experience with React/Next
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React 18+ (hooks, Context API, render optimization)
• Experience with Next.js 13+ (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR)
• Solid skills in HTML5/CSS3, responsive and cross-browser layout
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Working with Material UI (MUI): components, theming, customization
• Forms: React Hook Form + Yup
• Experience with REST API (GraphQL is a plus)
• Knowledge of React Query / TanStack Query
• State management with Redux Toolkit (RTK) - slices, async thunks
• Experience working with CMS (content management systems).

Nice to have 💎

• Practical experience with Three.js (scenes, lights, cameras, models)
• Experience working with 3D models (GLTF/GLB, FBX, textures, materials)
• Ability to set up and control 3D animations
• Experience with animation libraries: GSAP / Framer Motion / react-spring
• Practical experience with Mapbox (custom layers, markers/popups/tooltips, GeoJSON, clustering, map styling, map events (click, move, drag, zoom))
• Practical experience with react-map-gl
• Other frameworks: experience with Vue, Angular, or similar technologies; experience developing applications with React Native is also a plus.

• Leadership & processes: experience in mentoring, building internal processes, conducting performance reviews, and working with OKR/PDP frameworks.

   

   

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Development of a web platform featuring a 3D model of the globe, enriched with multiple interactive points associated with specific events
• Implementation of animations, 3D scenes, models, textures
• Integration with backend API
• Building reusable, scalable UI components
• Performance optimization and clean code practices
• Contribution to design implementation and UI/UX improvements

• Collaboration with designers, PMs and dev team
