Senior Platform Engineer/Devops

You’ll work alongside developers and DevOps engineers, creating infrastructure and tooling powered by modern technologies. This position focuses on core platform components that ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of large-scale production systems.

The Platform Group is responsible for designing and maintaining critical cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD systems, and internal tools that empower engineering teams. Key areas of ownership include:

• building secure and scalable cloud infrastructure;
• managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and related tooling;
• overseeing edge gateways, WAF solutions, and other vital components;
• defining and standardizing CI/CD workflows;
• developing automation to improve engineering efficiency;
• ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across production systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Define infrastructure standards for development teams
• Build tools that manage microservices infrastructure
• Create CI/CD automation and templates using GitLab
• Operate and enhance AWS and Kubernetes environments
• Develop deep understanding of the company’s applications and architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and document changes across environments
• Identify issues in mission-critical services and automate preventative solutions
• Bring new ideas, take ownership of initiatives, and help scale the platform

Who You Are:

• BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development in a product environment
• 3+ years as a DevOps/SRE in production
• 2+ years with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD
• 2+ years with AWS or GCP/Azure
• 1+ year working with CI/CD tools (GitLab/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/etc.)
• Knowledge of networking, distributed systems, SQL & NoSQL databases
• Strong Linux/Unix expertise
• Fluent English
• Bonus: experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
