Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js + TypeScript/React)

We are looking for a Senior FS Developer for our client project, with EHR/EMR Experience mandatory.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience

- experience with healthcare platforms (before (EHR, EMR, Practice Management, SOAP notes, Scheduling, Medical billing, Patient portal, etc.)

- strong English skills (from Upper-Intermediate)

Tech Stack (you must already be proficient in these technologies):
Frontend: Next.js (current version), TypeScript, React ecosystem (hooks, context, state management), Styling systems (Tailwind, CSS modules)

Backend: Nest.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis (nice to have), Authentication frameworks, Experience building APIs for healthcare software

DevOps: Git, branches (develop/master/QA/hotfix), Flyway (DB migrations), CI/CD management, AWS ecosystem experience preferred.
