Sales Specialist (Full-Cycle Sales) โ€” Integri-X (AI SaaS Startup)

Integri-X is a new AI-driven product developed by North South Tech.
This is our newly launched SaaS platform focused on asset integrity, predictive maintenance, and operational safety for industries such as mining, oil & gas, construction, and heavy equipment.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Sales Specialist (Full-Cycle Sales) with strong product sales experience who can manage the complete B2B sales cycle, conduct product demos, and help drive growth for our new startup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: sourcing, lead generation, demo, closing deals.
  • Work directly with ICP markets (mining, oil & gas, heavy industry, construction).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demos and clearly present the value of Integri-X.
  • Work with CRM (lead updates, pipeline tracking, follow-ups).
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and sales presentations.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound leads.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the product (we provide training).

Requirements

  • Experience in product sales or SaaS sales (not only service-based sales).
  • Proven background in full-cycle B2B sales.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate+ (client communication + demos).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Understanding of outbound and inbound sales channels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and move fast.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with US, Canada, Europe, Middle East, or Africa markets.
  • Understanding of heavy industries (mining, oil & gas, equipment monitoring).
  • Background in LeadGen or SDR roles.
  • Experience conducting technical or product demos.
