Sales Development Representative
About the Role
A globally recognized service platform that connects businesses with professionals and managed teams across design, development, marketing, video, content, branding, AI and more. The company provides a high-touch service for clients with complex, cross-functional requests.
You will work on the high-touch service side of the platform and be the first point of contact for inbound client requests.
Your main responsibility is to turn incoming inquiries into clear, categorized briefs and route them to the right internal team for execution.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound service leads.
- Conducting 10+ structured discovery calls per day.
- Clarifying client goals, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Assigning each request to the correct service category (e.g. development, design, branding, marketing, video, content, AI, etc.).
- Routing requests to the appropriate internal team.
- Explaining available service options and next steps to clients.
- Identifying complementary services that could help the client reach an end-to-end solution.
- Writing short, clear notes so the next team understands the context and next steps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B service sales (e.g. outsourcing, consulting, digital services).
- English: C1 โ excellent verbal communication and call presence.
- Ability to handle a high volume of structured client conversations or discovery calls.
- Strong communication skills, clear logic, and a professional, confident manner on calls.
- Broad understanding of marketing, design, development, or creative/tech services, enough to understand the type of client request and where it belongs.
