Frontend / Full-Stack Developer (React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java)

The project focuses on enhancing and extending the functionality of the client’s Property Hub, a central platform that manages the full real estate listing lifecycle — from listing creation to publication and insights.
You will work on improving existing functionalities, implementing AI-driven features, and contributing to new AI-powered product initiatives.

The role is frontend-focused (80%), with a significant backend component (20%).

Scope & Deliverables

• Enhance and extend existing Property Hub functionality.

• Implement new AI-driven features into current products.

• Build and support new modules within a micro-frontend architecture.

• Ensure platform stability, usability, and high-quality user experience.

• Deliver features that impact user satisfaction, adoption, and business value.

Technical & Collaboration Setup

• Frontend built with React (JSX/TSX) and TypeScript using Micro-Frontend Architecture (MFE).

• Backend services developed with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• AWS used for cloud infrastructure and deployment.

• The team works fully remotely, with English as the primary communication language.

• Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication, autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of ownership.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and micro-frontend architectures.

• Experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot for backend components.

• Experience working with AWS cloud services.

• Familiarity with RxJava.

• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
