Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company;
  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers;
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service;
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software;
  • Strong written communication skills (English);
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Understanding of basic IT technologies;
