Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company;
- Contacting and qualifying potential customers;
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service;
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software;
- Strong written communication skills (English);
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Understanding of basic IT technologies;
