Account manager

Our client is a Ukrainian game aggregator in the iGaming industry, working with international B2B partners. Due to active growth, they are looking for an Account Manager who will own relationships with key clients and drive their performance

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with assigned clients: build trust, maintain regular contact, and focus on long-term cooperation and growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all operational and commercial questions: promos, commercial terms, issue resolution, performance discussions.
  • Drive client performance:
    • monitor key metrics and KPIs;
    • prepare regular reports and insights;
    • propose action plans to grow revenue and improve results.
  • Manage an account portfolio: plan activities, prioritize clients, identify upsell and growth opportunities.
  • Run regular calls and online meetings with clients; participate in industry events/expos when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, development, support, analytics) to deliver on client needs.
  • Keep track of iGaming market trends and use them in client strategies.

 

Candidate Profile

Must-have:

  • Higher education.
  • 2+ years in an Account Manager / Customer Success / B2B client-facing role.
  • Understanding of key iGaming metrics (GGR, NGR, conversion, retention, etc.).
  • Proven experience in iGaming (operator, provider, aggregator or similar).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage expectations and push for results.
  • English โ€“ C1.
  • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, Jira; openness to using AI tools in daily work.
