Sourcer / Talent Researcher (Europe)
Our client is an international product-based IT company with 380+ people on boat specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
We are looking for a specialist who can help us fill positions of various seniority levels as from Middle to C-Level and who is genuinely passionate about growth and learning new things. If you’re a fan of SourceCon or Sourcing Summit, actively use different Google extensions in your work, you’ll be able to apply all of that experience here : ) You won’t be limited to a single narrow focus — you’ll have the opportunity to search for talents across multiple segments.
Location: Europe (remote).
📚 Your qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher in IT or iGaming.
- Experience sourcing candidates across Europe.
- Strong command of modern sourcing methods (Boolean, X-Ray, social networks, telegram channels, professional communities and etc).
- Strong copywriting skills for personalized candidate outreach.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- English level — Intermediate+.
➕ Nice to have:
- Working experience in product company or in iGaming niche
- Understanding of personal sourcing metrics and how to analyze them
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Proactive talent search across tech, non-tech, traffic roles in Europe and the CIS.
- Sourcing specialists of various profiles and seniority levels (from Middle to Head, C-level).
- Posting vacancies on job boards, professional platforms, and communities, and handling incoming applications.
- Regular coordination with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Exploring new sourcing channels and testing unconventional methods to attract talent.
- Maintaining candidate records and keeping ATS data up to date.
- Tracking the hiring pipeline and analyzing sourcing channels (candidate analytics).
- Using diverse sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, job sites, Boolean search, etc.).
