The company is partnering with an innovative client that is transforming how large-scale real estate and construction projects are planned, estimated, and visualized. Their AI-driven solutions dramatically speed up both creative and technical workflows, helping teams move from concept to execution with unmatched efficiency.

Their flagship platform leverages generative LLMs, synthetic data, and privacy-first AI models to power fast and accurate estimation for massive development projects — from theme parks to entertainment complexes and hotels. By intelligently consuming geospatial inputs such as GEO JSON and 2D layouts, the system delivers rapid cost calculations, scenario modeling, and dynamic map-based visualizations.

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with strong experience building map-based applications using Vue.js and ArcGIS Maps SDK (or similar technologies). 

📌 Please note: This position requires availability during U.S. EST time zone hours (core hours approx. 15:00–00:00 Kyiv time).

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance front-end applications with Vue.js.
• Work closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to turn concepts and wireframes into smooth, functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that follows best practices.
• Develop and maintain robust testing patterns.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of front-end applications.
• Stay current with modern front-end trends, evaluating new technologies and tools.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js and its ecosystem (XState, Nuxt, Pinia).
• 3+ years working with web-based map technologies (ArcGIS Maps SDK strongly preferred).
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools (e.g., Vite).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and async data flows.
• Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Strong communication skills — English B2+, Ukrainian fluent.
