A God DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a strong Middle to early Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about infrastructure automation, security, and scalable architecture. You will own the DevOps processes, drive system reliability, and work with one of the most advanced stacks in the region.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage infrastructure on AWS: VPC, EC2, ECS, ECR, S3, RDS (Aurora), API Gateway, Bedrock, and other AI services
• Implement hands-on and automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (HCL)
• Administer and maintain MongoDB and MySQL (sharding, replication, clustering)
• Configure and monitor observability tools: Datadog, Grafana, Zabbix, CloudWatch
• Operate and scale message brokers and caching layers using RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Redis
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and AI teams to deploy and support microservices infrastructure

• Ensure system hardening, secure configuration of all infrastructure layers (networking, containers, hosts), and manage secrets, credentials, and access controls

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering in cloud-native production environments
• Proven, hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including VPC and network-level architecture
• Strong understanding of Docker-based environments and secure containerization practices
• Deep experience in virtual networking (TCP/IP, CIDR, subnets, VPNs, NAT gateways, security groups)
• Strong skills in Terraform, Jenkins pipelines, and container/image registry management
• Good knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems, log aggregation, and metrics-based observability
• Production experience with MongoDB and MySQL (especially with sharding or distributed setups)
• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka in high-availability environments
• Solid scripting abilities in Python; knowledge of Ruby or JavaScript is a plus
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows, PR reviews, and team collaboration
• Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, startup-style team with high autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure ML / Foundry, Google Vertex AI, or other LLM/AI infrastructure
• Hands-on knowledge of certificate management, secrets rotation, and secure vault usage
• Experience working with AI, ML, or data science teams
• Strong security-first mindset in both infrastructure and workflow design
