Softcery – AI & SaaS Engineering for B2B Founders

Designer (flex-time)

Softcery builds advanced AI systems for B2B SaaS companies. We partner with founders in the US and UK to design, build, and scale production-ready AI solutions that solve real business challenges. Our team focuses on complex AI engineering — systems that are technically robust, business-aligned, and built to scale. We combine deep technical expertise with strong product thinking, helping companies move from AI ambition to real, production impact.

We’re looking for a part-time (flex-time) Designer to support our marketing and brand initiatives. This role isn’t about routine work — it’s about effective communication through design: visual clarity, brand consistency, and meaningful results.

We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design landing pages and web sections in close collaboration with our copywriter and marketing team.
  • Create preview images for blog posts, job openings, and social media content (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc).
  • Work on visual assets for internal communication (All Hands presentations, event graphics, etc).
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style — ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, People team, and copywriter to translate messages into engaging visuals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing visuals, or web interfaces.
  • A solid portfolio with examples of landing pages, blog/social previews, or brand assets.
  • Strong grasp of brand design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling — and the ability to explain your design choices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in a collaborative, async-first environment.
  • Independence and ownership — you can manage your time and thrive without highly detailed specs.
  • Contribute as a UI/UX Designer on projects — designing user flows and creating clear, user-friendly interfaces.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Framer.
  • Experience creating simple animations or interactive visual elements.
  • Previous work in startup or product-driven environments.

What We Offer:

  • Structured onboarding & dedicated support you’ll get a clear onboarding plan, documented workflows, and a team that’s got your back.
  • Flexible work hours — the role is offered as a flex-time position, providing adaptable working hours based on project needs.
  • Learning budget we cover books, courses, English lessons, and AI tools for your professional growth.
  • Full accounting support — so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork.
  • Time off — 20 paid vacation days, 12 sick days, 2 paid period leave days/month (for women), and your birthday off.
  • IT Cluster membership — access to professional events and networking opportunities in the local tech community.

🔁 Hiring Process: Recruiter Interview → Test Task → Qualification Interview → Final Interview → Reference Check.

If you care about who you work with, what you create, and how it affects the outcome, we will definitely be on the same page. We’re excited to meet you 👋
