CDL-A recruiter (US trucking)

Position: Remote CDL-A driver recruiter

Location: Remote (Ukraine)

This role is not a position within Pixelfreight. We are partnering with CDL Network, to kick off a U.S.-based CDL-A driver recruiting agency, in hiring an experienced recruiter in Ukraine to join their team

CDL Network is a U.S. driver recruiting agency focused on matching CDL-A drivers to carriers where they actually fit. They work directly with U.S. carriers and aim to reduce churn by aligning driver expectations with carrier reality. You’ll be working directly with their internal processes, not just doing lead gen.

 

Requirements

• Must have experience recruiting CDL-A drivers for the U.S. market, dispatch experience, or similar may work.
• Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
• Able to screen for driver preferences: home time, pay structure, equipment, lanes
• Familiar with U.S. trucking basics (OTR, regional, DAC, MVR, SAP, etc.)
• Comfortable working in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Self-organized, reliable, and process-oriented

• Phone-first communication with rapport building
• Sales and matching mentality, not spam
• Detail-oriented intake and recordkeeping
• Objection handling and honest expectation-setting
• Can manage multiple active conversations at once
