💼 Role Overview

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will own the quality process for our web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to test features, identify issues, and ensure releases are stable, polished, and delightful.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across web and mobile (functional, usability, regression).
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and identify edge cases.
• Detect, document, and track bugs using Jira/Trello/TestRail (or similar).
• Validate bug fixes and ensure no regressions are introduced.
• Test responsive UI across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Test REST APIs via Postman / Swagger / cURL.
• Participate in meetings to discuss testing strategies and progress.
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and overall product quality.

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of manual testing (web + mobile).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Skilled in writing/executing test cases and test plans.
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive design testing.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, TestRail, etc.).
• Understanding of Django REST Framework concepts (serializers, views, auth: JWT/OAuth).
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
