Senior Full-Stack Engineer to $9000

We’re currently looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join one of our clients in a long-term engagement. You will play a key role in building a digital platform that streamlines the complex and inefficient process of procuring manufactured parts directly from suppliers, making it automated, collaborative, and data-driven.
 

Our client is on a mission to help engineers build physical products faster, essentially bringing the simplicity of npm install into the world of mechanical engineering procurement.

They are fully remote, with team members across 5+ countries, operating with a high-trust culture, no micromanagement, and a strong focus on performance and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship impactful end-to-end features using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain clean, simple, and scalable architecture for complex web applications.
• Design data models and ensure performance, security, and maintainability across the stack.
• Build UI components and API endpoints with equal confidence and ownership.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in a fully remote, performance-driven culture.
• Take ownership of tasks from idea to production, with minimal oversight.
• Iterate quickly: launch fast, improve later, and consistently deliver value.
• Participate in weekly company-wide and engineering meetings (no unnecessary calls).
• Contribute to an engineering culture focused on simplicity, speed, clarity, and product impact.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience with ReactJS, Typescript, Styling (Tailwind / SCSS / …)
• Strong understanding of responsive, mobile FE development
• At least 6 years of experience with NodeJS, Express
• At least 2–3 years of experience with NestJS
• Experience with MongoDB, and Mongoose
• Understanding of DB performance improvements, indexes, proper DB tables design

• Experience with background workers
