Sales Development Representative

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated SDR to work down the funnel processing, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities for our Sales department. You will be the first and most critical step in our sales process, identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and research target companies (startups and SMBs) that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Analyse and qualify leads based on their potential needs, budget, and timeline for custom software projects.
  • Engage new prospects through strategic outreach (email, LinkedIn, direct messages).
  • Clearly articulate Metaproject's value proposition as a technical partner.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive).


Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SDR experience in the IT services / Outsourcing is required.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical services to both tech and business people.
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined (this is a remote role).
