QA Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test new product features.
  • Detect, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, and support team.
  • Take part in preparing manuals or training calls for the support team after each new release.
  • Review requirements and suggest improvements to ensure testability.
  • Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA process improvements.

     

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1+ year of experience in QA or software testing (FinTech/SaaS/Tech experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of testing methodologies, bug lifecycle, and QA tools.
  • Experience with test case management and issue tracking systems.
  • English - Intermediate or higher.
  • A proactive mindset and keen eye for detail.
