Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node+React) Offline

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team building a suite of digital healthcare applications used by enterprise clients. The ecosystem includes tools for online consultations, mental-health support, self-help content, health assessments, mood tracking, and integrations with third-party wellness services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across multiple applications.
• Build scalable frontend interfaces and robust backend services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable healthcare solutions.
• Optimize performance, maintain code quality, and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate third-party health services and support organization-specific feature sets.

Tech Stack:

Frontend: pnpm, React, Redux, Zod, React Hook Form, Tailwind CSS, SCSS
Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Express, Redis, Socket.IO , MongoDB, SQL, AWS (S3, ECS, etc.)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack or senior frontend/backend engineer.
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript across both front- and back-end applications.
• Experience building scalable, modular architectures for multi-application environments.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservice patterns, and real-time communication.
• Solid background with cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Experience working in fast-paced product teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to technical design decisions.
• A passion for building products that support user well-being and healthcare accessibility.
