Key Account Manager

Our client is a leading iGaming software provider delivering innovative solutions and services for online casino and sportsbook operators worldwide. The company values creativity, curiosity, and initiative - and is now looking for a passionate Key Account Manager to join its fast-growing team in Prague or remotely.

 

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (any additional language is a plus)
  • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM systems
  • Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and multitasking ability
  • iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Proactive, fast learner, open to feedback and new knowledge

     

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Act as the main point of contact for key partners
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue for both clients and the company
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop improvement strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech)
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
