About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong Python background who can take end-to-end ownership of AI and automation projects.
This is a full-cycle role: you’ll develop backend systems, build simple front-end interfaces or Webflow-based tools, integrate APIs, and manage deployments for real U.S. clients.

You should be comfortable working across the stack — from backend logic to lightweight dashboards, from Webflow CMS to Dockerized deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack AI, automation, and web application projects.
• Build backend systems and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs and automate workflows between services.
• Develop front-end interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS) or Webflow-based admin tools.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Handle deployment, hosting, and basic DevOps tasks (Docker, VPS/cloud setup).
• Build and deploy Telegram bots, AI agents, and web tools.
• Structure projects cleanly, document features, and maintain high code quality.
• Join team and client calls during West Coast hours.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience in front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working with Webflow (CMS, basic logic, integrations).
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and real-time systems.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps (Docker, VPS/cloud deployment).
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with API design and integrations.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Availability after 18:00 Kyiv time.
