QA Automation Architect / Lead

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly experienced QA professional with 7+ years in QA, including 4+ years in automation and 2+ years in architecture or lead roles. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with banking systems.
 

Core Skills & Tools:

• Programming & Automation: Python, Playwright, Robot Framework
• DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git, automated build/test pipelines
• Databases & Queries: SQL
• Proven ability to design scalable test architectures and lead automation teams
   

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA automation strategy and architecture across projects
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on best practices and automation techniques
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of banking applications
