Senior Full-stack (Node.js/React) - Back-end focused

Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to join our team. Will work on impactful healthcare technology projects, with the flexibility to work fully remotely.
 

What You’ll Do
 

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js including (TypeScript) and AWS.

Build clean, responsive UIs using React.

Design and manage data models with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Integrate with complex external systems, including healthcare and EMR platforms.

Collaborate with data and AI teams on Airflow pipelines and AI-powered tools.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices.
 

Requirements:

Strong backend development with:

Node.js

AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)

PostgreSQL

MongoDB

Frontend experience with React.

Proven integration with complex systems.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Integration with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.

Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.

Healthcare domain experience, ideally in insurance or medications.

2) 1-1.5 hours: an in person + a technical interview + live coding.
