💼 Product Designer (SaaS, B2B, Full-Time, Remote)

TruckingTalent.com is a U.S.-based SaaS platform that helps trucking companies find and hire qualified drivers across the country.
We already have a live product, a real driver database, and paying customers.
Now we’re looking for a Product Designer to help take our product to the next level, making it modern, intuitive, and visually cohesive.

🚀 Role

You’ll be the key person responsible for the user experience and design consistency of the platform.
Some parts of the product will require UX improvements, while others need a complete redesign.
Our goal is to make TruckingTalent feel like a polished, professional SaaS product.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Design and improve UX/UI for the web platform and marketing pages.
• Analyze user flows and behaviors (both companies and drivers).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design system components.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across the product.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and developers.

• Occasionally test and iterate solutions with real users.

   

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing B2B SaaS or complex web platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Sense of visual clarity, hierarchy, and balance.

• English proficiency sufficient for reading interfaces and discussing design ideas (no copywriting required).

   

💰 What We Offer

• Full-time remote position (8 hours/day).
• Salary range: $1,500–$3,000/month, depending on experience.
• Direct impact on the product — not just task-based design work.
• Work directly with the founder in a small, agile team.
