Weβre expanding our sales department and looking for a Sales Manager who will manage the entire sales cycle β from qualified lead to signed contract.
Your Responsibilities
β’ Manage the full deal cycle: discovery, qualification, sales calls, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Work with leads coming from:
β’ Upwork β qualified incoming opportunities (handled by the lead generation team)
β’ Partnerships β strategic and referral leads
β’ LinkedIn β inbound and warm outreach leads
β’ Conduct discovery and demo calls with potential clients.
β’ Collaborate with the internal presales and project management teams to prepare proposals and estimates.
β’ Present proposals to clients and handle negotiations.
β’ Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report results.
β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Requirements
β’ 2+ years of experience in software development / web development sales (agency experience preferred).
β’ OR technical education with a strong understanding of web technologies (WordPress, PHP, JS basics, etc.).
β’ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
β’ Proven ability to close B2B service deals independently.
β’ Organized, reliable, and results-oriented.
