Head of BizDev (PSP)
We are looking for an experienced Head of BizDev (PSP) to develop, scale, and optimize the company’s payment infrastructure across multiple regions (CIS, EU, Turkey).
You will be responsible for building efficient payment solutions, integrating PSPs, managing P2P systems, and ensuring full compliance and risk control.
Responsibilities
- Search for and integrate PSP providers (CIS, Europe, Turkey): market analysis, negotiations, contract signing, and commission optimization.
- Manage P2P payment systems: attract and oversee traders, ensure stability and smooth operation of payment flows.
- Analyze competitors’ payment ecosystems: PSP usage, cooperation terms, transaction limits, and conversion approaches.
- Control and optimize payment conversion: minimize declines, analyze transaction data, and build efficient routing logic.
- Set up cascading and transaction routing in the Payment Hub: manage payment logic and distribution among providers.
- Oversee compliance processes (KYC/AML), conduct partner verification, and minimize financial and regulatory risks.
- Perform fraud monitoring and handle chargebacks, coordinating with PSPs and banks.
- Prepare documentation for PSP integrations and maintain operational reporting.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to terms.
- Optimize processing costs and reduce overall payment expenses.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to track trends and expand partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 BizDev managers).
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of PSP industry and effective provider acquisition channels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience building long-term partnerships.
- Hands-on experience setting up processing from scratch and managing payment cascading.
- Solid knowledge of legal and compliance aspects (KYC/AML).
- Understanding of payment conversion principles and metrics.
- Experience working with P2P payments, payment gateways, and processing systems.
- Willingness to attend conferences and represent the company professionally.

- Experience in fraud monitoring and handling chargebacks.
- Experience managing a P2P payment platform.
- Advanced understanding of transaction routing and cascading logic within Payment Hubs.
