Backend Developer to $3000 Offline

Summary

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to work on a high-load advertising platform that processes 4 million requests per second. You will be solving complex technical challenges, working with diverse code, and participating in the architectural development of our product. Requirements:

• Develop new functionality and create features for a high-load system.
• Take an active part in architectural matters: from improving the current architecture to designing and building new microservices from scratch.
• Integrate and implement new technologies into the project, including databases, message queues, and other tools.
• Optimize code and database queries to ensure high performance and fault tolerance.
• Deeply understand the project's product and business logic to make effective technical decisions.
• (Optional) Participate in DevOps tasks: configuring CI/CD, deployment, load and automated testing, and monitoring
• Experience in Adtech domain is a BIG PLUS
   

Nice to Have:

• CDN and content caching
• On-premise management:
  - Load balancing (e.g., using Nginx)
  - Basic Linux server configuration
• Scalability:
  - Horizontal and vertical scaling
  - Data sharding
• Experience with Elasticsearch
