CRM Manager (Smartico)

We are looking for a CRM Manager with experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and Sports) who will take ownership of launching, managing, and optimizing communication campaigns via Smarico. The main focus will be on mobile audiences and African markets (Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa), using push, SMS, in-app, and email as key channels. This role involves close collaboration with the Product, SMM, and Local Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns via Smartico (email, push, SMS, Telegram, Whatsapp, In-app, Pop-up)
  • Create automated communication flows (welcome, retention, reactivation, win back, VIP, etc.)
  • Participate in building CJM
  • Improving retention mechanics
  • Audience segmentation (by GEO, device, activity, product type (casino/sports), etc.)
  • Plan, launch and analyze A/B testing (content, timing, channels) to improve engagement
  • Analyze and control performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn)
  • Collaborate with Product and SMM teams to align CRM offers and campaign with launches, bonuses, and tournaments
  • Localize campaigns and messaging for new African markets
  • Research competitor CRM communications to suggest improvements

Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of CRM experience in iGaming (casino and/or sports)
  • Hands-on experience with Smarico or similar platforms (Braze, Mindbox, Exponea, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of mobile user behavior and African market specifics
  • Proven ability to manage segmentation, triggers, events and automation flows
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign metrics and ROI
  • Basic copywriting and visual design skills for campaign creation
  • Confident English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience launching CRM campaigns in Kenya, Nigeria, or South Africa
  • Understanding of player psychology in mobile casino and sports products
  • Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Google Sheets, "drag-n-drop" builders 
  • Basic HTML knowledge for editing email templates
  • Ability to adapt communication to local cultures and languages
