Partnership Development Manager
We’re Launch United — a lightning-fast product incubator that growth a software-first market-making engine used by token issuers and exchanges to keep spreads tight, defend against manipulation, and grow real trading volume.
Important: this role has uncapped commission plus a performance-based base retainer (commission only till you get the first deal, then %+fix).
Your Mission
Build, sign, and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem that consistently hands over well-qualified demand for our market making solution - then enable those partners to turn referrals into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Source & evaluate partners: Identify, prioritise, and outreach to firms that work directly with token teams and exchanges; own the pipeline from targeting → first call → signed agreement.
- Negotiate & sign referrals: Draft clear rev-share terms, lead-routing rules, data capture, and lightweight co-marketing obligations; close agreements fast.
- Enable & activate: Deliver a crisp partner kit (one-pager, case clips, ROI talking points) and stand up frictionless lead hand-off into HubSpot/PRM.
- Drive partner activity: Orchestrate “rounding” — regular partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and joint campaigns (webinars, AMAs, founder intros) to keep referrals flowing.
- Report & improve: Maintain spotless PRM/CRM hygiene, forecast partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and loop market feedback to product & marketing.
Target Partner Profiles
Legal firms (token launches, exchange listings), marketing & growth agencies, outsourcing & Web3 dev shops, token-launch/IDO platforms (centralised & decentralised), tokenomics & smart-contract audit firms, compliance/KYC/Travel-Rule vendors, custodians & wallet providers, OTC/prime brokers & liquidity desks, regional Tier-2/3 exchanges BD teams, ecosystem funds & L1/L2 foundations, crypto PR/community-management agencies, white-label exchange providers, DEXes and DeFi protocols, accelerators and venture studios.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Signed partners / quarter and activation rate (first lead ≤30 days from signature).
- Leads from partners, revenue per partner, and partner-sourced ARR.
- Partner activity (co-marketing touches, events, social posts) and PRM data completeness/NPS.
Who You Are
- 1-3+ years in partnership development/channel sales for crypto infrastructure, FinTech, or B2B SaaS, with proof of partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Skilled at finding, signing, and growing referral partners; you know how to motivate agencies/consultancies to hand over clients and keep doing it.
- Fluent in structuring rev-share deals, playbooks, and enablement that make partners look good to their clients.
- Comfortable co-selling with simple, technical value props (CEX/DEX basics, spreads/depth, and why “your funds, our service” matters).
- Tools: LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo/HubSpot, CRM discipline.
- Excellent written English (spoken fluency helpful but not critical).
Nice-to-Haves
- Warm network across launchpads, audit/tokenomics shops, Tier-2 exchanges, and crypto-native agencies.
- Familiarity with market-making concepts and trading workflows, or prior experience selling liquidity/infra tools.
- Comfortable using proof artefacts (pilot results, weekly PDFs/CSVs) in co-sell motions.
