Growth Outreach Specialist (SDR + Lead Gen)

AffBulk is growing – and we’re looking for someone who can help new clients discover us, and help us understand them better.

 

We’re building a SaaS platform for SEO teams that launch hundreds of sites – affiliate, PBN, local, and AI-driven projects.
 

Your role is to find those teams, start conversations, and bring them to a demo.

 

Who we’re looking for

 

This is a role for a curious, structured, and communicative person who enjoys reaching out, researching niches, and learning how people make buying decisions.

 

You don’t have to be a senior salesperson – you just need to be thoughtful, proactive, and comfortable talking to people online.

If you can learn fast, write clearly, and organize your outreach – you’ll fit right in.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Research and identify affiliate and SEO teams who scale through multi-site setups (our ICP).
  • Build and segment lead lists via LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter/X, and niche communities.
  • Craft personalized cold messages and emails that actually sound human.
  • Qualify prospects: identify if there’s a fit and set up intro calls or demos.
  • Keep the CRM tidy (HubSpot / Notion) – every lead in its place.
  • Work directly with the founders to test ICPs, outreach scripts, and channels.
  • Automate repeatable parts of the process using AI and outreach tools (Clay, Instantly, etc.).

 

Example week:

 

  • Monday – you find 50 affiliate SEO contacts in new regions.
  • Tuesday – you test a new outreach angle on X.
  • Wednesday – you’re on a call with a team scaling an AI-powered affiliate network.

 

Who you are

 

  • You like to research and understand how digital products get sold and adopted.
  • You know (or are open to learning) the basics of SEO and affiliate marketing.
  • You can write short, clear, non-corporate messages.
  • You’re organized: lists, follow-ups, pipelines, reminders – all make sense to you.
  • You’re curious and persistent: when someone doesn’t reply, you ask “why?”
  • You see outreach not as spam, but as the start of a conversation.
  • Your English is B2 or higher – most leads will be international.
