Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
● 4+ years of proven successful professional project management experience in IT
● Proven experience in managing a team from 5 to 15 employees
● Project ownership in all aspects (scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
● Experience working with enterprise customers
● Proven experience in setting up Project management system and documentation
● Proven communicator/presenter
● English Upper intermediate and better
● Any technical background

Responsibilities:
You will work alongside incredibly talented professionals in the team of diverse positions that building a next-generation payment and credit card infrastructure.
In particular, as Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the assigned project with an overall team size of 10 project members. Responsible for communication between NerdySoft and the Client, driving development and facilitation of strategic planning, roadmap, delivery and Client expectations management. Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (scope/schedule/quality) at all SDLC stages β€” initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing. Your duties and responsibilities inter alia will include:
● Build and maintain project(s) team structure for meeting successful project(s) goals and objectives
● Plan project and define project baselines (scope, schedule, cost)
● Lead and direct software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
● Identify Project risks and provide mitigation plan
● Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
● Manage Client expectations, monitor and increase CSAT level. Facilitate project-related client communications on all levels
● Manage changes to baselines and risks
● Motivate, guide, coach and encourage direct subordinates
● Report assigned project(s) status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to Client, people, and business development perspectives)
● Establish consistent project management processes within the assigned project(s)
● Create and maintain project management documentation and revise as appropriate
● Implement and use best in class delivery metrics with a goal to reach and maintain the best performance
● Ensure the quality of delivered services and solutions from technology/architecture and functional/domain standpoint
