Sales Manager (SaaS, US Market)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our sales operations and lead our growth in the US market. This is a key leadership position for a seasoned professional who understands the complete sales cycle and can deliver results in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Must-Have Requirements
Experience & Expertise:
- Senior-level sales professional with proven track record in SaaS sales
- Direct experience selling in or to American companies
- Deep understanding of sales systems, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complete sales pipelines
Language Skills:
- C1 English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent level)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently lead calls, presentations, and negotiations with US clients
Core Competencies:
- Crystal-clear communication style - able to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals effectively
- Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the US market
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and pipeline health
