Online Reputation Manager

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Specialist (Online Reputation Manager) to join an international company. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the company’s online reputation, build trust with the audience, and ensure the brand is always presented in the best light.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor brand mentions and reviews across forums, social media, and review platforms
  • Respond to reviews and comments, handle negativity, and increase customer loyalty
  • Build a positive image of the brand through publications, FAQs, and case studies
  • Crisis management: fast reaction to reputational attacks or viral situations
  • Prepare reports and analytics on brand reputation dynamics

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SMM/PR/Customer Support/ORM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English Upper Intermediate+
  • Strong conflict resolution and objection handling skills
  • Nice to have: knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Brand24, Mention)
