Full stack (Node + React) to $4300

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to join our team. You will work on impactful healthcare technology projects, with the flexibility to work fully remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript) and AWS.
• Build clean, responsive user interfaces with React.
• Design and manage data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Integrate with complex external systems, including healthcare and EMR platforms.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams on Airflow pipelines and AI-powered tools.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong backend development experience with:
  • Node.js
  • AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
• Frontend experience with React.
• Proven experience integrating with complex external systems.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Integration with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.

• Experience in the healthcare domain, ideally in insurance or medications.
