Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python)

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, develop, and maintain automated API and functional tests to ensure product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and support testing setup from day one
• Contribute to building and improving the integration and end-to-end testing environments over time
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain clear documentation of test coverage, test results, and automation processes
   

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation
• Proficiency in Python for writing and maintaining automated tests
• Solid understanding of API testing, functional testing, and CI/CD principles
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with development teams
• Good spoken and written English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
   

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with integration or end-to-end test environments
• Familiarity with test frameworks such as Pytest, Robot Framework, or similar
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of software development practices in an agile team.
