Sales Manager

About the role:

 

As a Sales Manager, you will be one of the key drivers of Techstack’s growth. This role goes beyond closing deals — you will actively influence the sales strategy, build strong partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.

 

Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, developing existing partnerships, and promoting Techstack’s services across international markets. You will work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, launch new campaigns, and test different approaches — we value initiative, ownership, and the ability to create real value for partners worldwide.

Your team:

 

You will join a cross-functional Sales team where each member owns their area of expertise while working toward a shared goal.

 

The team includes:

 

- Lead Generation Managers.

- Data Entry Specialists.

- SMM and SDR Specialists.

- Sales Managers.

 

We collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to build integrated sales and marketing strategies that scale and drive measurable business growth.

Your responsibilities:

 

Own the full sales cycle — from demo calls to deal closure.

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients across the US, EU, and UK.

Lead negotiations and successfully close B2B deals.

Represent Techstack during face-to-face meetings, roadshows, and industry events.

Collaborate with Marketing, Lead Generation, and SDR teams to develop lead acquisition campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, market insights, and direct client conversations.

Keep your sales pipeline transparent, structured, and up to date in CRM systems.

 

It's about you:


Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in an IT services company.

Experienced in managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.

Will to travel and present where key decisions are made (US, EU, UK).

Have an open US visa.

Have negotiation skills and confidence in client-facing communication.

Experienced in working with CRM systems and understanding sales metrics.

Have an Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Work with both startups and enterprise clients.

Understand IT service delivery models and software development processes.

Participate in roadshows, conferences, or international events.

Have a desire to influence sales strategy and bring fresh ideas to the team.
