Founding Front End Engineer (Team Leader) Offline

An international iGaming product company is looking for a Founding Frontend Engineer (Team Leader) to work remotely.

The company has over 1,000 professionals across 9+ countries and develops a fully integrated highload ecosystem for managing iGaming solutions, tailored for businesses launching their own sports betting and gaming products.

The product ecosystem includes: payment solutions, client CRM, customer verification and responsible gaming tools, fraud prevention systems, back-office platform, MarTech, content CMS, data collection and analysis modules, and business analytics tools.

The company ranks among the top 10 B2B gambling providers. Their products:

• maintain 99.96% uptime,
• process over 54,000 transactions per second,
• handle more than 20,000 logins per second.

The role involves building a new frontend for an iGaming platform. The specialist will be responsible for people management (leading several team leads), hands-on coding, and taking ownership of performance and product optimization.

One of the interview stages includes a meeting with the CTO (up to 1.5 hours).
