Middle QA Engineer

Lalafo is a fast-growing C2C marketplace with over 3.5 million active users.
We provide an online platform that enables people to buy and sell goods, order services, find jobs, and connect with specialists.
Since 2015, we’ve been operating in markets such as Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Poland.

We’re currently looking for a Middle QA Engineer based in Kyiv, Cherkasy, or Poznań 🇺🇦🇵🇱

This is a hybrid role — office presence is required several times a week.

Our QA team works closely with developers, analysts, and product managers to ensure top-quality user experience across all Lalafo platforms. If you’re a proactive QA professional ready to take ownership and improve processes — we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation and integrity checks using SQL queries (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Test RESTful APIs using Postman, ensuring accurate request and response behavior.
• Conduct frontend and backend testing, identifying and documenting defects.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and checklists.
• Work with Git and participate in CI/CD processes.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Testomat for test management.
• Debug using Charles, Android Studio, Xcode, and Postman.
• Monitor logs in Grafana, Kibana, and Graylog for issue tracking and resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial QA experience.
• Hands-on experience in API testing to ensure stable endpoint performance.
• Proficiency in SQL queries (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Practical experience with Charles, Android Studio, Xcode, and Postman.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile testing.
• Experience in backend testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation.
• Analytical mindset with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with logging systems (Graylog, Kibana, Grafana).
• English level: B1+
